My ptc clicks and twistbux removed

I decided to removed these two sites.

After MyPtcClicks got sold, not much new happend and the site had database errors now in more than a week. It was probably still honest but it was nothing for the best ptc sites top list ;)

Twistbux was also sold a while ago and I though that the new owner was professional and all but after reading some forum posts I decided to remove it aswell.
